Care that feels worth making time for.

“Asking for help is the opposite of failing.
Asking for help is an act of courage.” - Linh Do, LCSW.

Choosing therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re wondering, Will this person actually understand me? What if I open up and it doesn’t help?

Maybe you’ve been trying to handle it on your own for a while. You’ve read the self-help books, looked things up online, talked to friends or family, and tried to make changes yourself, but things still haven’t shifted in the way you hoped.

And if you grew up hearing that personal struggles should stay private or that you should be able to handle things on your own, reaching out can feel even more complicated.

Sometimes you start to wonder, What could my life look like if I actually dealt with this instead of just getting better at living with it?

More than a place to talk.

My hope is that therapy gives you more than another appointment on your calendar.

You begin understanding yourself differently, feeling more confident in your choices, and finding tools that actually help when life gets hard.

You start noticing the difference outside of therapy too, in the way you handle stress, speak up for yourself, make decisions, and show up in your relationships.

Over time, there can be more peace, more connection, and more room to love your life.

You Don’t Have To Do This Alone Anymore

Therapy does not have to look the same for everyone. Some days you may need more space to talk and feel seen, and other days you may want me to be more direct, offer a new perspective, or help you figure out exactly what to do next.

I pay close attention to what seems helpful in the moment, and I am not afraid to get specific, whether that means working through a pattern, trying an exercise, or talking about how to handle a conversation differently.

I also want the work to feel useful and make sense in your real life. I’m always strengthening my skills and learning new approaches so I have more ways to support you thoughtfully.
