Therapy with us is an active and collaborative process. This is a story that I love to tell my clients. Imagine there is a big lake, and it is very dark there. You need to get to the other side of the lake. There is a boat, and we both have to paddle. I am an expert on this lake, I can guide you. You have to tell me in great detail where you would like to go. Sometimes, you may even have to tell me that the way we are paddling doesn’t feel right or it’s too fast. And with collaboration, our goal is to get to the other side together.

We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. Please visit our Our Services page for information about our fees.
We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We’re also happy to guide you through the reimbursement process and help you understand how to submit your claim.
-
Our goal is for you to leave each session with at least one thing you can take with you—a new insight, a helpful tool, a shift in perspective, or simply a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy is a process, and our goal is for each session to feel meaningful and connected to the life you’re working toward.
You don't have to know exactly where to begin.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or confused, we can begin there. Reach out to schedule a consultation and let's explore whether our work together may be a good fit.
