“This is a place for people who dare to imagine that healing is possible, that change is possible. Who dare to look beyond ‘What happened to you?’ and ask, ‘What do you want your life to be like?’ - Linh Do, LCSW

  • I am a big emoji person when I text friends and family.

  • I love colorful things: colors, fashion, art, architecture, and pretty much anything creative or artsy.

I genuinely love getting to know the whole person in front of me.

I think part of why I care so much about this work is that I’ve spent a lot of my life watching incredibly smart, capable people struggle and wondering how different things might be with the right support, tools, and understanding.

As an Asian American therapist, I understand how complicated it can be to hold family, culture, expectations, and your own needs all at once.

Therapy and psychoeducation have made a real difference in my own life, so I practice what I bring into session and care a lot about finding what actually helps in real life.

You can show up and say, “It’s just a lot, I honestly don’t even know where to start,” and we can start there. Some sessions might mean crying about something you’ve carried for years, and others might mean laughing, unpacking one awkward text, or literally figuring out how to word the conversation you’ve been dreading.

I show up ready for our session. I’ll pay attention to what you need that day, whether that’s more space to feel, a different perspective, or something practical to try. I don’t just nod and listen, I’ll be intentional about considering the options, consult when needed, and explore every avenue to make sure you have the right tools and support for what you’re working through.
