Therapy for Neurodivergent/ADHD individuals and their families
There is nothing wrong with your brain. You are more than a diagnosis. Your brain may simply need different strategies, structures, and support.
It feels like your mind never really slows down. Sleep can be inconsistent. You often feel restless, distracted, overwhelmed, or easily overstimulated. You know what you need to do… but it has been hard to stay consistent. You feel guilty about all the times when you forget something, lose track of tasks, or miss details. You feel like you are disappointing people around you. Over time, you may have started to believe that you’re lazy, unreliable, inconsiderate, or simply not trying hard enough.
Those labels are not what is going on. They don’t tell the whole story.
ADHD affects more than attention and productivity. It can influence emotional regulation, relationships, routines, self-confidence, and the way you experience your day-to-day life. However, this diagnosis does not get to define your limitations. Understanding how your brain works can open up new ways of navigating all of it.
Together, we will look at how your brain works, what gets in the way, and what helps you thrive. We build practical strategies, skills, and structure while also exploring the patterns, nervous system responses, relationships, and environments that shape your experience of ADHD.
Our goal isn't to make you fit into a box that wasn't designed for you. It's to help you understand your strengths, work with your brain, and build new habits that lead to the life that works better for you.
