Mental health therapy that restores and nourishes your nervous system, the mind-body connection, and underlying relational dynamics

I help people who are tired of feeling like they’re never doing enough.

In a lot of ways, the symptoms that you are experiencing (high stress, anxiety, depression, crisis, trouble sleeping, low self-confidence, disconnection…) are the manifestation of unresolved distressed moments or trauma. Here, together, we look beyond the symptoms to understand the roots of what you’re experiencing to support healing across you as a whole person- mind, body, spirit, and relationships.

Our approach draws on the brain’s natural capacity to heal, the body’s innate wisdom and resilience, the power of emotions and connection, and the restorative resources found in our everyday lives. Through approaches such as EMDR, talk therapy, and other evidence-based practices, we help you reconnect with practices and resources that support your well-being.

As therapists, we are passionate about what we do, and we believe in its transformative power: not only for healing but also for fostering growth, resilience, connection, and a long-lasting impact. Our commitment to your care includes investing in ongoing consultation and advanced training. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care that is responsive and effective to your unique needs.

Quality care,
grounded in
research and evidence-based tools.

This is a place for people who dare to imagine that healing is possible, that change is possible.
Who dare to look into and beyond
“What happened to you?” and ask the question,
“What do you want your life to be like?”

Right now, you may feel stuck. It may feel hopeless or helpless. It may feel exhausting. It may feel like there are no other ways. Whatever it is, you don’t have to do this alone.
And you are not alone.

Our practice: Relational-Somatic EMDR

At a glance

If this is something you have been experiencing, we want to assist you:

If you are experiencing anxiety, fear, uncontrollable spiraling thoughts, intrusive images, sleep issues, restlessness, tension, and difficulty focusing, EMDR might be a good fit for you.

If you feel like it has been hard for you to express yourself emotionally and it has been hard for you to connect with significant others in your life, EMDR might be a good fit for you.

If you feel stuck, if you feel like you’ve gotten all of this advice and tried different strategies, logically, you know what you need to do, but you are exhausted, and you don’t “feel” like doing it. EMDR might be a good fit for you.

EMDR works on the underlying dynamics and emotional world that make the difference. EMDR works with negative beliefs and thoughts you have about yourself and transform it to a new pathway of thinking.

What makes us different: EMDR is a structured, intentional process. Our therapist will follow the structure, but will not simply read from a script. We will assess your needs and your readiness, incorporate talk therapy and other strategies, hold the emotional world and the space, and incorporate EMDR to maximize its effectiveness. Our goal is for you to leave the session having learned one thing about yourself or for yourself, or with a practical tool you can use right away.
